We are recruiting an experienced Land Manager, Trainee Land buyer to join our small and successful team and to actively seek out new projects, you will be responsible for the acquisition of land and will work with the team to deliver it through to the planning process.
The successful applicant must have:
- Relevant skills in all aspects of land acquisition including identification of opportunities, planning, production of financial and viability appraisals
- Experience along with knowledge and relevant contacts
- Exceptional levels of professionalism, communication and presentation skills, as well as energy and ambition
- Strong commercial acumen
- RICS qualification
- Knowledge of London and South East of England market
